Shipping policy
Brightline Commerce works with a global supplier network to bring you quality products at competitive prices. Because items ship from international warehouses, please review the timelines below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times
Shipping times below are estimates and exclude the processing window above. All times are in business days unless otherwise noted.

Total time from order to delivery = Processing (3-5 days) + Shipping. During peak periods (November-January, Chinese New Year) please allow an additional 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping speed selected. Free standard shipping promotions, when offered, are stated on individual product pages.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking updates may pause for 5-10 days while parcels move through international air freight and customs - this is normal and does not mean the package is lost.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Most low-value orders to the United States clear customs without duty. For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, VAT, GST, or other import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Brightline Commerce is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no update for 15 or more days, or if your order has not arrived within the upper end of the shipping window above, please email us at donghuixing651@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, we can re-ship to the correct address at your cost or refund the order minus original shipping cost.
