Refund policy
This Return and Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be read alongside our main Terms.
Returns
You may return most items purchased from Brightline Commerce within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Non-returnable items:
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items
How to start a return
Email donghuixing651@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within the 30-day window. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item. In those cases we will cover return shipping or issue a refund without requiring return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund within 15 business days of our confirmation, please check with your bank first, then contact us.
